This Air shower is a purifying equipment ,It's Install in the partition between clean room and unclean room,It's used for shower and removing dust when personnel or objects entering into the clean room,It Can Effectively reduce dust source 

Shower Method: singel side shower, single-side shower, double-side shower, three-side shower, top shower.
 

Air shower, air purification equipment being abing able to clean the surface os human body and articles, preventing the unclean air invade into it.to meet the cleanliness requirement of clean room with the help of air condition system.
Cabinet maderial:cold-rooled steel with multi-layer picking electrostatic painted or stainless steel
With G4 and H13 HEPA filter two level filtration to ensure the purfication class
High quality infrared sensor automatically showering,imported electronic interlock device

With corresponding number of multi-angle adjustable stainless steel nozzles,double side blowing design ,can flow results
Liqui-crystal display, air shower time 0-99S adjustable and display the time of air showering
Adopts big air volume with low noise external rotor fan ,surface air velocity greater than 25m/s,in line with national standards Air showering factory test according to U.S.Federal Standard 209Eone by one to ensure product quality.

Removes surface-deposited particles from personnel prior to entering the cleanroom

installation
• HEPA-filtered air (rated 99.99% efficient at 0.3 microns) washes over personnel to dislodge loose particles that accumulate on
garments
• Electromagnetic interlock system prevents the doors from opening before the air shower cycle is completed, protecting the cleanroom from cross-contamination
• Door locks automatically release in the event of a power outage or if one of the Emergency Exit buttons are depressed
• Shower time and door interlock duration can be programmed using the touchscreen control panel
• Air nozzles can be adjusted to redirect streams of air
• Energy-efficient LED lighting includes motion-activation

A3: If you are a cleanroom project including AHU, lead time is 35 days.
If you buy goods without AHU, lead time is 10 days.

A4: Our warranty is 2 years since the project done.
During the warranty time, if anything has problems, we will replace it.
If you can't handle it, we will send engineer come to solve it without any charge.
